For the price, this is a good machine. Not gorgeous, but I tuck it away when not using it. Some models cost much more, and I can’t imagine they make better water. I had to read the directions a few times to piece together the information I needed, but their customer service was very polite and helpful.

The instructions for use and care are subpar, not clear enough to start working with the unit easily. I ran the first batch with the citric acid, as instructed, the instructions said don’t use the first batch, so I didn’t. The second batch I used in my coffee tasted terrible and I got sick. I had to research online and YouTube to see if there were better instructions. There are no instructions on washing the plastic bottle, but I used soap and water and rinsed very well. The third batch I ran turned out to be good and I just use vinegar to wipe out the lime residue and rinse well before distilling another batch. Overall, I love the distiller and use it several times a week, but the instructions are not good enough. The instructions are an example of a product liability law suit. The manufacturer needs to edit the instructions so each step or each category of use and care are clear and concise!

Bought this to save on money buying gallons of distilled water now that I have to use a CPAP at night having serious sleep apnea. I've mad 3 gallons so far. It takes about an hour and a half to finish making a gallon, but has auto shut off when it finishes. So it's start t and go do other things while it makes distilled water.

It distilled water just fine and the automatic shut off is great. I use this just about everyday to distill water for my humidifier. The white one works just fine, no need to spend more money on the other ones.

This distiller does what it's advertised to do. Easy to use, not hard to clean, and makes distilled water.

The directions aren't very clear and Vevors customer service stinks! But the distiller works well. If I use warm water, I can do 3 gallons per day. It works great in our humidifiers. Cleans up quick and easy.

Been using this machine every day since I received it. The water is clean and tastes well. I am writing this after some time to review the ease of cleaning the machine. I used the detergent that came with the machine and it cleaned up very well. It is a little bigger than I expected, but well worth the money. I need to purchase an additional jug to keep my distilled water circulating.

I run my tap water thru a water purifier first, then this distiller. You can tell by the gunk on the tank, it's taking out a lot of impurities. Only thing, I have to slide something up under the blue bottle on one end so the water runs into the pour spout of the blue bottle. To tilt it towards the silver spout. Otherwise it'll miss the bottle.

Works well and was a good price. We have used this multiple times daily for the last couple of months and it is still working great. I just pour a little bit of distilled vinegar in the bottom and let it sit for a little bit and it wipes clean with a cloth. I know it says to use citric acid, but I like using vinegar better.
