Pretty good product and better price here than Amazon or anywhere else.
Pole Saw with Scissors - Pro
It's really nice that they have many small sections so that you don't have to operated any taller than you need.
Has you get taller, the flexibility becomes a bit more challenging. But for the money, this is definitely a nice solution. And allows us to trim ourselves instead of calling a company out every year.

the lopper works really well; extra screw and bolt needed
Pole Saw with Scissors - Pro
I have only used the lopper, which works great. You just hook the branch and pull on the pulley. Takes a little time and strength, but much easier and safer than going up a ladder. Assembly is intuitive, which is good because the instructions are terrible, e.g. \"screw the connecting pole clockwise into the connecting pole.\" They don't even mention how to attach the lopper, but it's easy EXCEPT that you need to supply your own longish (1.5 inch maybe) screw, washers, and bolt (maybe 3/8th inch).

27 feet too heavy
Pole Saw with Scissors - Pro
if you try to use the full 27 feet long to do the job, I would say it is too heavy to lift. it is ok for lower job.

Please use gloves
Pole Saw - Pro
Ordered for home use to get to hard to reach branches of pine trees. I spent 20 minutes last night with the saw, assembling it and using it. Assembled easily. Awesome length. Cuts reasonably well. My gripe is the following - I did not use gloves and that was a mistake. This morning I have very sharp pain in the skin on the palms of my hands, feels like glass or splinters. I suspect this is related to the pole use. I am going to be using gloves from now on and recommend you do the same. Aside from that issue, this is a good affordable saw.

Blades not so good. Customer support not suportive.
Pole Saw with Scissors - Pro
Im an older man who has worked with tools for 60 years. This pole saw kit is a fair value EXCEPT! The included blades are very slow to cut. I had to upgrade. My delivery was missing a bolt package for attaching the small saw pruning head. When I scanned the QR code, surrendered my info and told my issue I was required to photograph all of the parts and the packaging and the page of the owners manual wit a circle around the missing parts and other instructions all for three bolts and nuts.

Know your limits!
Pole Saw with Scissors - Pro
Great for young strong person, i can only handle a few additions. It works great but for me the 20 feet it’s too heavy, but it’s ok!

This pruner has great reach but it flexes
Pole Saw with Scissors - Pro
This pole saw lets you reach some pretty high branches but is much more effective cutting and trimming lower branches than when using all the extensions. The saw blades and the cutters work through limbs easily. You will notice significant flexing of the pole when cutting high limbs. The kit fits easily into the provided bag and each section of the pole kit securely attaches together to lengthen the pole to your designed reach.

The fiberglass bars are not good there wasn't a coating to keep fiberglass from cutting up your hands

Unsafe Pole saw
Pole Saw with Scissors - Pro
The locking pin fails to align with the designated retention hole. Because the button does not fully deploy to lock the extension shafts together, operating the pole saw overhead presents a severe safety hazard.
