I'm a weirdo and got this for microbiology plates, not eggs. It stays within 2 degrees Celsius of the set temperature. I was impressed with how quickly it heated up when starting it for the first time. It's sturdy, easy to clean, and has worked well for growing bacteria.

Worth every penny

Great versatile incubator

Our son successfully hatched 11 bearded dragon eggs! This incubator was so simple to use. He set the temperature and made sure to keep water in the tray and the humidity stayed at an optimal level. He Sidney need to put water in it more than 2-3 times a week. It took 80 days for the bearded dragons to hatch. We only lost one egg, but it was the smallest one to begin with. The babies are now two weeks old and doing well.

Purchased for incubating horse culture plates and holding fresh semen during breeding. Works great, red color is fun. Blue LED is easy to read. Would buy again. Fast shipping and if you catch it on sale a super deal!

The incubator held steady for well over a month, but my gecko ended up not producing eggs this season. I had 3 separate thermometers/hygrometers, and the incubator was spot on. I'll have this incubator ready for next season and will update!

This works! I bought this for my son and he finally got a chance to use it for his bearded dragon eggs. It took about 60 days and he now has bearded dragon babies. He added a temperature and humidity reader on the inside because the digital temperature reading is in Celsius. The unit is quiet and he's extremely happy with this.
