Cathy J. Easy to use cast iron griddle
14 x 8.5 in
I am new to cooking with gas so I ordered this griddle pan for the middle of my gas stove cooktop. It works great! It’s preseasoned but you should keep seasoning it between uses, just as with all new cast iron pans. I’ve cooked burgers, steaks and eggs so far and been really pleased with the outcome. Having two usable sides is a bonus.

I really like this griddle, especially for the price which was much less than comparables. It fits great on gas range and cooks evenly. Recommended.
