Einfach zu händeln ist die Platte leider nicht, sehr schwer und der Transport vom Grill zum Geschirrspüler sollte gut geplant und vorbereitet sein. Das Fett sollte vollständig erkaltet und fest sein um eine Sauerei an Inventar und Kleidung zu vermeiden.
Der Geschirrspüler ist dem hohen Gewicht der Platte ausgesetzt und sollte überlegt positioniert werden.

Pros: Works and fits on my gas cooktop. The build quality is sturdy and grills steaks as it is meant to do. Cons,: I bought this to cook steaks. Compared to a pan it makes less of a mess but cleanup is bad. It is heavy too. The steaks will stick and make a little mess so you will have to figure out how to clean it quickly. However it protects from splatter.
