Customer Reviews for VEVOR Bottled Water Dispenser Pump System, 5 Gallon Dispensing System, Automatic Electric Water Dispenser, Single Inlet Water Jug Pump, Compatible Use with Coffee/Tea Machine, Refrigerator, Ice Maker

Une pompe à eau qui fonctionne très bien !! Ça fait 4 mois Que je l’utilise tout les jours dans mon food truck. Je suis très satisfaite. Merci 🙏

The pump motor is extremely durable; I have been using it continuously for a year and mechanically it hasn't lost any power. The issue is that, after this year of service, the electronic float wand (the water level sensor attachment) failed due to wear and tear. Currently, the moment I connect the float's cylindrical plug to the pump, the system locks up and assumes the water bottle is empty even when it is completely full. To avoid losing the equipment entirely, the only workaround has been to leave the float disconnected. While the main product is good, it is disappointing that the safety/auto-shutoff system fails this quickly due to sensor obsolescence. Now it has to be operated under manual supervision.

ets the job done as intended. It's not fancy equipment, so you'll want to hide it away. Ideally somewhere isolated, since it does make some noise (I ended up putting mine in a cabinet, which helped a lot). That said, I was expecting worse noise levels, so that was a pleasant surprise. This was my first DIY unit, and after about 12 months of use, an issue came up. VEVOR sent me a replacement with no hassle at all, which says a lot about their customer service. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for something functional without breaking the bank.

I have not used it yet

This improved model works much better than the one I previously had. No complaints and I have already recommended it to 5 people. The customer service is excellent. I complained about the previously one, and I was not expecting Vevor to replace it, they sent this new and improved one.

The product packaging and everything else is great, but delivery to Calgary could be a bit faster. Also, the price is about $10 to $15 higher compared to the market, but it's a good product and I'm satisfied. I've been using it for a long time and have ordered it about 4 or 5 times.

This was a great solution to the portable sink I needed to install for my restaurant in the kitchen. We were required to have atleast have one sink in or kitchen even though we have a separate designated area three compartment sink in a close location but in a different room.

Works great, very simple to run, when you use it it makes some noise
