Every Thanksgiving is the time when kitchen drain slows down and clogs. I rent for HD and snake my self. Was tire of picking it up and dropping back off. So I got this. Quality is no rigid, but faily decent. Look forward to using it. Attachment looks ok, pipe scraper is a bit awkward. Will have see how that holds up. Lighter that rigid. The handle is simple to fold up and down. Have not use yet but I will the moment I see a slow drain. Overall fair price, looks like it will do the job. Test run seem good, motor looks solid. Nonetheless, good to have and save a ton, from plumbers fee and HD rentals. Oh and the gloves that came with it, throw it away.

Worked great! The price was also less then having a plumber come over and clean it even once. I've got no experience plumbing or running a drain snake, but it took about 10 minutes to figure everything out and get it running smoothly. It's very beginner friendly.

Good construction, it does the job without some extra effort. I love this machine. Recomended A+++++

Pretty good so far. If you know how to use it. As a residential plumber, I’m able to clear three and 4 inch lines with a 3/8 cable. I love that it has multiple and different attachments just in case I happen to lose one

Overall the cleaner seems durable and well built it n looks very good for such a tool . It’s heavy as expected you really need to buy one with wheels otherwise your backs going to suffer. Thus unit had no tool tray do I had to make my own , not a deal breaker but it shows one in the manual , but not on the actual website so I may overlooked the obvious. It’s really quiet considering what. It’s used for , the durability of the future I’m. It sure of since I just have gotten this machine. I do expect it to last many years as I’m not a big user , maybe a few times a year since I’m on a septic tank .I do like the auto feed of the cable It works quite well , the 1/2 cable should be stout enough for the clogs I’ll encounter. I only bought 50 ft , I will likely buy 100 ft cable since I can exchange this for really long drains outside my house and the price is much better on vevor than anyone else . I did get a better profit machine on here than a big box store. Shipping for me came by fedex in two days time . If your in the fence and your drain is giving you a lot of headaches I personally think it’s worth the money to not worry about the future clogs your likely to get .

The only thing is that there are no replacement parts for the model D1000. On ly 1 yerar warranty after that if a part fails there is no options. Right now mine has the feeder rollers broken and can not find them.

good drain cleaner, especially for the price. I got it raveled up in the drum toward the end of the snake. Probably my fault for being too aggressiive. Pulled it out and stuffed it back in - no problems. Nice package with the wheels and handle.

The machine works, a function good. I had a little issue with it like working for 5 min then stopped. I contact CS they said check the Black Button in front of the Black Box if it is popped out which it did, so I pushed it back in and now functions again.
