Bought this for my wife. She loves it! Every time she rides it, someone in the neighborhood stops her to ask about it. Cool color, rides nice!

I love the bike! Happybuy did the best they couls to satisfy me as a customer! My problem was a small one(missing screws) but happybuy quickly refunded me the difference.

The company reached out to us after the review was posted in an effort to make things right, GREAT customer service! Worth 2 stars just to have someone reach out and make it right.Well, after unboxing the bike, we discovered, like many other reviewers, parts were missing. The tools and parts did not match instructions nor were all the pieces included. Thankfully my husband had the tools(Allen wrenches that can turn in the space needed) to complete most of the assembly, what we are missing he will create from stuff around our home or buy at Wal-Mart (the chain repair and basket holder parts).

Thank You For replying to my complaint . Ended up paying $ 100.00 to bike shop to have bike put together !Thank You For your replay to refund the charge. I had a few problems with bike which were corrected by the company,Thank You for your great customer service !

Stable and sturdy once it is assembled- but that takes longer than expected

Bought this for my teenage son who has autism. He and his friends absolutely love it. They put a radio in the basket so they could listen while they ride. Assembly instructions were lacking and it took some time for me to figure out how to assemble. It was worth it to see the smiles of my son who can finally ride with his friends! Julie P
