We are able to dice MOUNTAINS of onions and potatoes in a short time. Does not work well it’s rutabagas or other really hard veggies.

Cut your chopping time in half. I love it to chop onions and tomatoes. Chops perfectly every time. The only bad thing is it’s very difficult to clean.
