1st time using a heat press and mug press after watching a couple of videos figured out the process the quality of the heat press is great especially the full spin feature. The only issue I see is with the mug press when you adjust pressure for certain items it binds and have to disassemble to loosen the bolt that tightens at base. But maybe I'll just upgrade to there bigger mug press.

8 months working in perfect conditions, and I am very happy with its results and it exceeded my expectations. In the middle of a project I tried to bring down the pressure handle and it just broke.

I absolutely love my 8in 1 press! It came it came in supper fast and is easy to use. 15×15 is great for pressing shirts, totes, towels and so many other things! The mug press is amazing and my cups and tumblers come out great every time! The only recommendation I have is that one of the attachments should be a 20oz or 30oz tumbler attachment.

I don't know how to operate, but the customer service taught me patiently.

Received the package, the packaging is perfect.The quality is excellent, and the printed pictures are very firm.

I like that the heat press machine, it is safe to use.
