Bought this for my wife’s projects. The shirt press, FANTASTIC!! The only thing that would make it better is if the timer would start automatically, once the press is pulled down onto the shirt, vs having to remember to push the timer button. I’ve used an automatic timer press recently, and it made easy work of doing 50 shirts in less than an hour!! The hat press is a little hard to do, since the head swivels and mi Ed as you bring the press down onto the hat. It causes the image to slide a little to the left about 1/4”, making it obvious on hats with a center seam. We haven’t used the plate or mug press yet, since we don’t often do tableware items. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase, and would definitely recommend it to anyone asking.

Overall it's pretty good. Does what it's supposed to but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to press a button for the timer to active instead of it doing on its own. Other than that it's been doing the job for me.

Love this but the instructions were awful. I had to YouTube how to use it because the instructions were more on adding parts than how to run the press.

i have asked 4 times for the operation manual that did not come with this equipment, I have never done anything like this so that would be helpful
