They delivered the wrong bicyle. I ordered 7 gears, but received 1 gear. They gave me a discount for that.Very responsive.The manual is not the greatest, I had even some parts left over. But it is quiet easy to install, you just need to be a little bit handy. Took me about 2 hrs...

Bought the bike for my wife, she loves it. We also hooked up a stroller to the back. Works great

I had to consult multiple YouTube videos to build this trike...the instructions provided are pathetic.The trike and parts are packaged very well and all pieces arrived in perfect condition.A little patience and a wifi connection to build it resulted in a fun, sturdy trike bike.

Love love love this! I bought this for my 9 yr old and she fits perfectly. It took time to put together, but we'll worth it.
