Great tool to clean up my used wire. Being 89 it's very easy to use. I love good tools and have a lot of good ones.

This wire stripper works really well. You have to be patient and have your wire unrolled and straight first. I've been using it for several weeks and stripped different types of electrical wire with no problems at all. I highly recommend this wire stripper to any scrapper.

This hand stripper works great!!!!!!! I am stripping small 16 gauge wire and it has no problem slicing open the insulation. It is well build. I can use a electric drill or add a motor to drive the unit. They give you are screw with six sides to attach your electric drill if you want. It also comes with three allen wrenches and 4 nuts, bults and washers so you can attach the base to some thing larger. I just stuck the pase in my vice for now and it work okay.

I have run several thousand feet through this tool and it is great once you get it dialed in. If you are switching from one size wire to another it takes minimal time once you understand how the machine operates. The only issue I had was in the beginning the wire kept going been the blade and chuck. I found that bringing both chucks in a close as possible fixed the issue. After that fix, all of the adjustments were the blade depth. This is a well built unit. The only other issue is if you don't guide the first foot of wire out of the cutting area it can get stuck in the outboard fan motor housing and jam up the motor. If they had a small cover over that spot it would fix the issue and if they added a carry handle it would be nice as well. I highly recommend this if you are going to strip large lengths of wire. I have had this unit now for over 6 months with no mechanical issue.

I had a lot of copper wire lying around. I stripped at least 2500 dollars worth with this tool. One tip is if the wire keeps rolling on you, set the guide to feed in from a lower angle. Once I learned this it went smooth as can be. Worked with drill and hand crank just fine.

Stripped 900 dollars worth of bare bright in 2 week with it and it done excellent. should have bought it years ago.. It's is worth every penny I spent for it.

As the title says I am a 1st buyer of the VEVOR Automatic Electric Wire Stripping Machine 0.05"-0.98", Cable Wire Stripper Machine, Portable Wire Stripper Machine for Scrap Copper Recycling, Including A Extra Blade(Dark Blue),At first I was having issues using the stripper but after contacting VEVOR on my issue the problem was resolved Thanks to VEVOR,I only gave a 4 star for easy to use as I still having some minor issues with running smaller wire through it..Other than that issue this has save me a lot of hand stripping..
