Had an issue with my sign and tech support helped trouble shoot. Found out that it was defective but seller shipped a replacement without issue and now back in business. Thanks for excellent support.

Been on since I got it. Works flawlessly. Highly visible. Highly customizable. Dont expect Hi Res though. If you create the right format background it looks great!
