I see you answered someone’s questions about the extra plate. But why does it have 5 random holes? And how do we use the expansion screws? I’m so confused by this.

That is just a buffer plate placed in the box to buffer the shock-absorbing effect, expansion screws are used to fix the parcel box, in accordance with the bottom of the box hole spacing punched holes mounted on the parcel box can be, to avoid the whole box askew.
