I bought this 15L mixer to prepare dog food for my three large dogs - it easily handles 3 lbs of meat and 2 lbs of veggies at a time. It is solid, well made and easy to clean. I also like that it doesn't take up an unreasonable amount of space so I can store it in my kitchen. Happily, it mixes incredibly well without turning everything to mush. I have no regrets with this purchase and I can easily recommend it. In fact, even though I only intended to use it for dog food, I'll probably use it for prepping meatloaf and sausage for myself as well.

Haven't used it yet, but I think it's just what I needed to complete my little meat shop. Just ordered the motor for it. Think I'm going to have a lot of fun making all kinds of Bologna and Salami and Kielbasa. Thanks, Vevor, for making it a little more affordable for us little guys.

I like the fact my hands stay out of the cold product but I don't feel this is worth all the trouble. Yes, it held the 30# barely..would say 25# would be a better option esp for mixing. First thing it did was move all over the counter because the feet will not hold it in place. I used the hand crank but will fashion a workaround to use a mud mixer drill. Hand is cumbersome for uniform mixing. The absolute worst thing on this unit....IT DOES NOT COME APART FOR CLEANING....the only piece that you can take out is the paddles via two thumb screws. It is so much so that I do not even want to use it for small batches. I am talking 60 to 100 pounds. It is too work to clean it for 25 pounds. So, I guess I go back to by hand. The quality is OK at best. When I turn the handle, the gear box moves back and forth while mixing. Meaning, it is not aligned properly.....
