We install this in our shop (yes all but outside). It works great for the price. Production does go down when the TX heat hits, however every Ice maker does it The guys like Ice in their tea or water and now they have it. It has been a near a year of use and beside the cleaning every 90 days we have had no problems

Works better than I expected I would buy it again we use it in our winery tasting room to make ice for keeping bottles of our white wines cold at our tasting bar

Too small for a commercial ice maker. i was not impressed after i opened it and unable to connect it. I am looking to get a professional to install it for my church.

Absolutely love this little ice maker. Everything installed without a hitch. We bought this considering my hubby and I were buying ice every day at $2.50 a day per bag. With both of us buying 1-2 bags a day, it made sense to us to buy this ice machine. It will have paid for itself in about 4 months or less.... doing the math. We live in Texas, so it's HOT! If you buy this little bad boy, all I recommend is that you keep your filter clean. Don't get frustrated if you get a code, cause it may be something very simple. The manual looks like it was translated to English. I found the legible manual online.. We have extremely hard water where we live. Just have to clean the filter more often than most. Also, if it isn't making ice, what happens is just move the ice away from the flapper. Give the flapper a little tap and it will begin making ice again. It makes ice really fast. We extended our drain line so it goes to my herb garden. Made things easy for watering. Again, we love this, and it is saving us a lot of money. We keep ours on the back porch covered and away from the elements of straight sun. Works like a charm!

Nice ice maker

The ice machine is pretty awesome. You can customize the size(thickness) and it'll shutoff automatically when it's full, so you never have to worry. If your family goes through a lot of ice, this is a great investment. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

Overall this works well for what I need. Pool party weekends in California. The density setting is something I still need to get use to. When the ice is to thick it does break up easily and when its to thin it melts before I scoop it out. Overall I am satisfied based on the price point of this product.
