I chose it for all the modern characteristics that it presented in its description. What I liked the most is that it did not get too hot, safety was a priority when buying a heat press. Since I would use it with my 20-year-old daughter and I wanted it to be safe for both of them. I liked it a lot.

Great machine works perfectly and user friendly and true to size. Also came with 2 pads. Would definitely recommend to other crafters like myself. Was able to sublaminate 20 business cards at a time.

This machine is great for beginners and experts alike. Although I did go with the different attachments, I've only gotten around to using one. I am so HAPPY with the way that the flat press is working that I haven't bothered moving onto any other attachments as of yet. You guys, this thing heats up quickly. So when I am in a rush or doing something last minute, I can get it done and go! I have tried a couple different kinds of paper and the results from them all are just AMAZING. I will be expanding my crafting soon, so I will be adding a vinyl cutter. I absolutely CAN NOT wait! I mean, the buttons are easy to press, the display is easy to read, it took me less than 10 minutes to get set up and start printing. This is definitely a great choice of heat press! Adding a cutter will only allow me to expand business faster. If you want success, you want this machine!

Absolutely love it for what I have used of it need to practice more but I'm sure it works great

I like the heat press. It's easy to use and works great! I am disappointed that I received a returned item though.The box looked fine upon delivery but when I opened, it was clear that it had been opened before (styrofoam was broken and some smaller pieces). When I took the items out, the mug press machine frame was damaged, as well as the 17 oz mug press attachment. I sent photos to customer service. They have always been good about responding to me. I had only asked for them to send me those two replacement items. Disappointed that their response was a $26 refund.I don't feel like it's good business practice to send a returned and damaged item to the next customer, only to offer a small credit rather than just replacing the two damaged items. Had they done the right thing, I would have given this item 5 stars. Beware, if you receive anything damaged, you are probably better off sending it back for a full refund and reordering.

I thought this press was bigger than it really is… However, after my shock it works for now with my projects…

The quality and price

The set up was very simple, follow the directions. The heating adjuster is versatile, we have had great success using it in all different types of fabrics (i.e. cotton, mesh, nylon, canvas) and the machine simply needs a few minutes to reset itself in between fabrics. Otherwise it maintains its heat very well. Decent quality for the listed amount, certainly can’t do it all but if you need something for small batch shirts or sweater’s this is a great product.
