Aside from the SDC wheel, what's different vs MR-13A? The top hole holding the collet vertically is placed in a different location so the different geometry would suggest a different function, I can't imagine that's just because of the SDC wheel.

What size drills will the included collets sharpen. On the specs it list these sizes, but doesn't tell us what it relates too. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13
