This model is designed for gravity-fed drainage and does not come with a built-in electric drain pump. While it is technically possible to install a third-party external condensate/drain pump, doing so requires proper professional plumbing installation to ensure the pump matches the drainage capacity of the unit. Please note that unauthorized modifications to the internal drainage system may void your warranty. We recommend using a gravity drain whenever possible.

The split-type machine head does not have a drain pump, and the accompanying ice storage bucket also uses gravity drainage without a drain pump.

The ice maker requires regular cleaning. We recommend using citric acid or a food-grade cleaner. Simply enable the machine’s self-cleaning function to complete the process.
