I do not have AC in the shed and would like to use battery power that is charged by the panel. Is there an option for that with this item?
If you already have your own energy storage battery, that is acceptable. Currently, this product does not come with an energy storage battery or solar panels for charging the battery. If this answer does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.

Is the fan rotation reversible? If not, do you offer another similar product that does feature reverse rotation?
The fan does not have a reverse function; this fan is designed to exhaust air outdoors, with the mesh side facing indoors. If you want to reverse the airflow, you need to reinstall the fan in the opposite direction.

On the rain cover model, what is the purpose of the open vent? You stated that if the cover is in the closed position, no air gets through. Because the fan isn’t on. I want to be able to have the rain cover closed and still have the fan blowing air through the vent. Is that possible?
On a rainy day, if there are no dark clouds, the fan will still turn, but the airflow will be very weak; plugging in the power adapter to top up the battery will allow the fan to operate normally. A rain cover that is not a louvred type should meet your needs; however, if it is a louvred type, the wind may blow the slats open, potentially allowing rain to drift inside.
