Why is the trimmer 27 feet long but the rope for the scissors is only 11 feet long? Some trimming is above 11 feet but you can't use a saw on?

The length of the regular rope is about 22 feet, and it can be used normally when all the poles are installed.

Your specs say in multiple places that the nylon cord is 11.5 feet yet in the answers to one of the previous questions you say it is ~22 feet. Which is accurate? Also, how much usable length is there on the cord after it is wrapped around the pulley system?

Do you sell the scissors as a separate accessory? I have the 27 foot pole saw with the two saw blades. The one with the scissors was out of stock.
