I'm trying to do my weekly cleaning of the vevor SKF-S25J, but the manual doesn't give details on how to do it. It says take the nugget ice out (do you mean to dispense until gone?). It says "Add 10% edible citric acid to the water tank during cleaning". How do I add it to the water tank? Where is the water tank? How do I open the water tank? What does it even mean to add 10%? Does that mean to fill the water tank up 10% of the way with the citric acid powder?

The water in the product's water tank will be automatically filled. The water tank is inside the machine and you have to open the top cover to see it. The machine has a cleaning mode, which does not require opening the top cover. The principle is the same.
