The drainage volume is related to the ice production volume. This drainage data cannot be counted. The drained water contains condensed water and cannot be used again.

Will this machine just run 24/7 or is there a timer setting that we can set on it to only make during certain hours of the day?

This machine does not have a scheduled on/off function. It can be shut down manually when the required amount of ice cubes is reached, or it will automatically stop running when the ice cubes are full, and it will start working again when there is less ice cubes.

I absolutely love the ice machine & the pellet ice but it started making a loud noise & I live chatted with Vevor on 2/8/24 & have been live chatting & calling since then & it's still not resolved. I just want to return it & try to order another one. So I love the machine but the customer service, not so much :(

We are very happy with the nugget ice maker and the quality and quantity of the ice it provides. The only downside is that it is a bit loud. I still want to hook up the auto-fill hose and love that it has that capability.
