The pH value will not change, because PVC itself is not a water-soluble substance.<br/>Normally, water will infiltrate weak acid or weak base substances into PVC, so that a thin layer of sticky substance will be formed on the surface of the water body, near the position of PVC, by releasing excess hydrogen ions. So under normal circumstances, it's better to empty it immediately after use.<br/>If the water quality needs to reach a certain standard, the conventional treatment methods are:<br/>1. With the aid of a water filtration unit (such as solution-blown cotton/carbon/mineral stone).<br/>2. Add an appropriate amount of soda or alum for precipitation, and then pass through the filter device again to achieve the range of use required by customers.<br/>Please note: <br/>1) If it is only used for agricultural and horticultural irrigation or agricultural and animal husbandry, the above treatment is not required.<br/>2) This product is a civilian product and it is not recommended to use unconventional chemicals to adjust the pH value.
