This thing has run like a champ right out of the box. The size makes it great for camping and on the ranger. So much nicer than hauling my big saw around. Very impressed and the price is awesome compared to other companies.

Solid saw, cut down two tree's with it and ran well. Uses gas fast. My only real complaint is that the plastic where the pull cord handle is popped out and it is wearing through the plastic on the side. Plan to email about getting a replacement part but have not yet. Overall, well worth the money.

This saw did exactly as I expected. It came almost entirely pre assembled. Started in the third pull of the string and cut every tree in the yard. Can’t complain. 10/10 would buy again.

Runs great, had to change the pull rope, but starts easily and saws awesome. Shipped way faster than I thought it would be, packed secure with not damage. I had it put together in just a few minutes and was out cutting wood.

While concentrating more so on negative reviews, I still felt i couldn't pass this up. I purchased the 62cc, 20" chainsaw as a backup to my "name brand" saw. It did take a lurker but if tweaking the h/ l ports and reading the manual as far as starting ... but once I dialed it in ... it became the workhorse.
I also read reports of non communications from customer service. I reached out as I did not receive a scrench or file in my toolbar.
It took some back and forth and I informed them I cannot provide a pic of the packaging .... it took some time, not weeks, but they fulfilled my request.
I'm by far not a chainsaw expert. I can say, this saw eats through some up to 18" hardwoods, impressively.
As a just in case, I ordered a few replacement chains per specs. It turns out, the chain provided eats wood for meals.

An absolute power house for the price. Used it multiple times and I love it! The first one came without a gas cap. Got in contact with customer service and they offered me a refund. Or to send me another saw. I opted for a 2nd saw, so now I even have a backup!

I’ve only used it once but I am impressed. Started right up. Very powerful motor. Cut up a 14 inch diameter tree like nothing. The quality of the saw seems good.
Can’t beat the value. The black plastic chain guard is thin and cheap and gets caught on the sharp teeth. I ordered a new heavier duty one online. Other than that I like this saw. Comes with tools and everything you need.

This saw does everything the big name brands can do. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I put gas and bar oil in it and fired it right up and went to cutting. For someone who isn't a professional timber cutter, I couldn't justify paying $500 for the equivalent Stihl or Husvarna, for me this saw is perfect, low cost for a really good saw.
