The only difficulty in install is that the stairs are very heavy. Im a five foot tall house wife that knows my way around my garage of tools. Once installed they glide smoothly with little effort when opening or closing them. They are steady and stable enough for my elderly parents to use them and they aren't such a steep angle that carrying things one them are easy on the knees and back. Very well made and came quickly. Very pleased with thise purchase.

Easy easy easy to work by myself. I couldn't get into the attic before. I had wanted these for a long time and finally spent the money. They feel safe when climbing and move out of the way easily. There is a trick to hooking them up in place but it's not difficult just takes time to figure it out with the pole.

The Vevor extendable wall mount ladder was an ideal solution to reach the mezzanine storage in my shop without taking up floor space. Installation instructions are pretty sparse but adequate and I had no issues mounting the base. Bolting the ladder on the base is a two person job but only took a couple of minutes to accomplish The steps feel sturdy and secure.

We got these for our cabin loft to replace a ladder that was cumbersome and took up space. The steps pull-down is a FANTASTIC solution. My husband mounted them, and he said it was easier than he thought it was going to be. They are sturdy, easy to use, and easy to put away. When put away, they take up no floor space.
