I really like the bench. It’s ver sturdy, heavy and solid. The front legs have level adjustments to make it level. Instructions a bit unclear and the top grab bar black rubber slips down which could have made tighter to prevent this. Overall I am happy with it.

This is not a commercial gym quality item, but it's fairly close and it's excellent for home use. The metal is a fairly heavy gauge and welds appear to be of good quality, with an excellent finish. The bench is stable and balanced well (I'm over 200 lbs. and have no trouble with it) in the various positions, yet it weighs less than I thought it would.

I like that it folds, keeps it from being in the way. You really only need this for abs. Do slow motion reps, twisting reps, iso holds, etc. or just do good old situps. The padding is very thick on the bench portion.

Sturdy, easy to put together (I’m a petite girl with long nails etc. and it took me about 20 minutes). All parts are aligned perfectly and of good quality. The bench has little wheels to move around, and it’s adjustable for different types of exercise.Great customer service as well👌!!! If I could I would give them 10 stars ⭐️
