8 x 10 cm Hot Foil Stamping Machine

The upgraded hot foil stamping machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, durable and reliable. With paper holder, digital panel, base plate with scale and positioning slider, the bronzing machine is easy to operate and use. Equipped with an 8 x10 cm (3.15x3.94 inch) hot press board, the height range of the stroke is adjustable(maximum 22 cm/8.66 inch). The temperature is steady and features the 0-350℃range free setting.

Card manual embossing machine is the essential equipment of PVC cards production and processing, which is suitable for personalizing your VIP cards, club cards, membership cards, gift cards, etc. It makes PVC cards identified or exclusive by printing convex characters on them. This manual PVC card embosser machine has the characteristics of heavy-duty, reliable structure, accurate orientation, small volume, beautiful appearance, and convenient operation.

NOTE :

Line spacing cannot be adjusted.The items maybe in diferent stock,please be patient and the parcals will be delivered after order.

How to use this machine:

1. Put the card in the card frame and fix it.

2. Move the frame and choose the position that you need.

3. Write the daisy characters plate, use the pointer to choose the characters you need.

4. After doing step 1~3, jolt the hand-haft.

5. If the embossment depth is out to fit what you need, you can adjust the bolt in adjusting the hole at the bottom of the machine. You can use the 4th inner hexagon spanner to untie the bolt, and then use 8th outer hexagon spanner to untie outer bolt, after adjusting, please screw the bolt.

Attention:

1. Please use the PVC card(85 mm x 55 mm) CR-80 standard.

2. When turning the character plate, please don't fall down the hand-haft.

3. When switch the embossment size, please ward off the card frame slightly to avoid damage.

4. Never put the hand or other hard objects into the machine.

5. Please move the card frame to the left end when not using the machine.

6. If the imprinted Character may be deeper or shallower, undesirable, then it can be adjusted by adjusting screw in the regulation.

Means: Use the Z outside-hexagonal spanner along with the code sprinter to a little lose the hold-down nut, and then inside-hexagonal spanner with the code sprinter to adjust the middle regulating screw.

Attention: turning the regulating screw in clockwise may deepen the typed characters while clockwise turning may lighten the typed characters. Please use the inside-hexagonal spanner with the code sprinter to make the regulating screw stable, and then use the Z outside-hexagonal spanner to fasten the hold-down screw.

Kindly Notice: Due to the effort saving design, please do not pull the lever too hard during your operation to protect the machine.

• Digital Temperature Control

Adopt digital LCD, and the temperature is 0-350℃ adjustable, able to realize precise temperature control. With a painted aluminum alloy shell, it is safe, waterproof, and rust-proof. Switch and fuses ensure security operation.

• Bronzing Paper Holder

The bronzing paper can be placed directly on the holder, making the whole hot foil stamping process faster and more convenient.

• U-Shaped Module Hole

The newly designed U-shaped movable brass module mounting hole makes it easy to install and replace the brass module. It can be applied to larger product sizes and has a wider hot stamping position.

• Anti-slip Handle

The handle on the side is made of stainless steel, durable and not easy to deform, and the black part at the top is effective against slipping, making the stamping process safer and more convenient.

• Base With Scale & Positioning Slider

The Aluminum plate base with full scale adopts 3-color printing, vertical and horizontal scales can be accurate to 1 mm. The positioning slider, made of Bakelite, is thermostable, with no scratches, for more convenient positioning.

• Height Adjustment

With stroke adjustment screws, when the screws are loosened, the bronzing platform can be adjusted up and down. The maximum adjustment height is 22 cm (8.66 inches). The best stroke of pressure is around 3 cm (1.18 inches).
