We make curry. Normally using a large Ninja Food processor it takes us about 6 hours to make 6 batches, once the ingredients were roughly chopped for mixing of the curry. With the Vevor food chopper, we can make 6 batches in about 1 hour. It's amazing and reduces your mixing and chopping times dramatically by combining the two together. No more chopping with this device, then placing in a separate bowl, then re-combining for mixing, etc. It all gets done in one machine. It chops and mixes everything evenly and thoroughly. It chops and mixes whole dried chilis and lime leaves with ease. It's large capacity (18L) is a blessing!! Motor is very powerful, but be aware to add a few of your ingredients together and chop/mix. If you add too much without chopping, then you will most likely need to remove some ingredients and allow it to process the smaller amounts before adding more into it. But once it starts turning, it's game on!!

All I can say us WOW!!! This chopper is so much more than I expected. It is an absolute beast that will literally chop and food related item. It is huge and very, very heavy. This is way too big for the typical residential kitchen, but would be a great compliment fir any commercial kitchen. The chopping blades are huge and very strong with an powerful motor.

I have had this for about a year, its a beast, really works well. Only issues was pulling the center blade off to clean, its really stuck on there. Just pull hard and wear gloves in case your hands slip.

Great machine for blending beans for hummus. Tough to clean at times and the latches sometimes get stuck.

If you are looking for a real deal food processor this is the one. This is perfect for commercial use if you are starting a culinary business. Also great to have in a shared kitchen space as well. The size is large and heavy fyi. But definitely a must have if you are looking to yield a lot of food.

This thing changed the game. A lot bigger and heavy when I got it. Definitely heavy duty. Has the safety mech on it. Easy to use and super duper fast at chopping and processing.
