Can this be connected to my home electrical terminal/fuse box for auxiliary power source when normal electrical power is off?
Yes, but not directly. It must be connected through a proper inverter, battery system, and a transfer switch to safely supply backup power to your home's electrical panel. Direct connection to the fuse box is not safe or recommended.

How I connect the wires that wires colors are green, red and yellow
The controller's wiring terminals have corresponding wiring markings: Red indicates positive and negative: connect the positive terminal of the battery, solar panel, and LED light to red. Green: connect the negative terminal of the solar panel to green. Yellow: connect the negative terminal of the LED light (LED lights only work at night; do not connect if there is no LED light).
