Hello, I recently purchased this inflatable tent and noticed that you recommend not using it in low temperatures or snowy conditions. Could you please explain the specific reason? Is it because of the inflatable air beams, the fabric, the valves, or the weight of accumulated snow? What is the minimum safe operating temperature in both °F and °C?

Air‑pressure change: Low temperature makes the air inside air beams contract, leading to automatic pressure loss. The tent will have much lower structural rigidity and poor wind‑resistance.

Snow load: This is a regular‑use inflatable camping tent. Its structure is not designed to bear snow weight. Snow accumulated on the top may bend the air beams, causing permanent deformation and air leakage. Low‑temperature material risks: PVC air beams become hard and brittle in cold conditions and may crack under bending or pressure. The PU waterproof coating on fabric loses flexibility at low temperatures, and rubber sealing valves have reduced sealing performance in cold environments.
