Having never setup a bell tent, it was very easy to follow the instructions and get it right the first time. High quality zipper, floor and walls, and has a unique look and feel inside. Would definitely buy a larger one, although not sure most State Parks will allow such large tent. My only critic is why do you print HALF PRICE on the side? Now all my friends know I'm cheap. It's unnecessary.

This tent is HEAVY and slightly difficult to set up. I recommend you have multiple people to help but quality is great and material. Make sure you have the cover over the zipper, we had it out in the rain and it did allow water to come in through the tent. But even with strong wind and rain this tent held up perfectly

Thrilled with this tent! We put it up for a party and every guest was ready to go out and buy their own. Super easy to put up. Great quality. You could definitely live in this tent and be perfectly content

Used in deep snow with no issues, 4 meter is easy to setup alone although I didn't take into account the amount of snow I needed to shovel for a tent that size! Duffle bag is slightly small because you know its never going to roll up to the same size as when it came out brand new. Since its for car camping Ill probably buy a big tote to put it in. Id buy it again for sure. Sides arent tight because I had to snow stake it with pine bows due to the deepness of the snow pack.

For a few hundred less than other brands I was able to get the 5 meter (16') diameter I needed with fast free shipping. This was easy to set up, I am an older woman and only needed a little help with the center pole. This is perfect for my backyard retreat!

Seriously excellent tent . Just the same as others you see for 1200-1500 bucks we are very happy with it , same quality and build . We are thinking of buying a 4m tent too So I guess I'm saying we'd definitely buy this again.

This is a very good tent. It sets up in 20 min. It is approximately 16ft x 16ft. I would say it would fit a family of four comfortably without a stove. Probably 3 people with a stove. It seems like it will do good in the wind. I would buy a tarp for the ground. I bought this tent as a replacement for smaller. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

I had a couple issues with this tent when I first got it. Customer service took care of it immediately. I got the 20 foot diameter tent. I can put it up by myself in 25 minutes. Super easy. Like super super easy. But I also have above average common sense and skill set. So take that as you will. It is heavy!! So if you’re a wiener, this might not be the one for you. Very thick fabric. Super thick high quality zip in floor. If you plan on heating this thing for winter camping, just be prepared to load the stove a lot. I have Vevor’s big stove, and it will keep it nice and warm in sub zero temps, but you need to keep that bad boy rolling pretty good, or it can get chilly quick. Also an umbrella pole light works great on the center pile as lighting. You can find them all over temu or eBay.

TLDR: Much better quality than expected for the price, but it is definitely not a true canvas tent replacement. Some relatively inexpensive changes and you can make it function much better than originally designed. THE PROS: At this price point I am extremely surprised with the durability of the fabric and quality of the construction. Most 16’ bell tents START around $1,300, so this is roughly 1/3 of the price. The higher than normal side walls (4.5 feet instead of the normal 2 feet) also allow MUCH more of the square footage to be stand-up height, effectively making it function like a 20’ bell tent in regard to usable interior space. The canvas storage bag is big enough that you don’t fight to fit the tent back in. The stake bag is well made, and the hammer that comes with it is actually pretty good. I originally felt like the peak vent was going to be pretty gimmicky, but it actually made a big difference on an 80° day. The wall poles are very sturdy for this price point, and the grommets they install into make them function very well. This is an absolutely MASSIVE tent for the price. THE CONS: The zippers are definitely too light for a tent designed around tension like this. They should have absolutely built it around more durable ones. Because of this, make sure all the doors are fully closed as you tension the structure, or you may end up pulling the side panels too far out of shape for the zipper to close. If that happens, do not force the zipper. With these cheap zippers, the LAST thing you want is a zipper pull jumping the track and failing. With no access to the end of the zipper track, it would be a pain to get them back functioning. The stakes are not sufficiently sturdy (like almost all mass production tents). The ones on the floor pan are fine, so long as you get good tension on the roof and outriggers. With the roof designed under tension, the stakes for the outriggers need to be upgraded desperately.
