Candle software supports .nc file format for executing G-code. Vector files can be imported into ArtCAM software, programmed with toolpaths, and saved as .nc files. The engraving can then be performed in Candle software. The engraving software is included on the USB drive; the toolpath programming software, ArtCAM, needs to be downloaded separately.

We do not have a separate purchase link for laser engraving; you will need to find and purchase it yourself. The software for tool engraving and laser engraving are separate and operate independently. Tool engraving requires programming with G-code.

The “Z 60mm” listed on the webpage refers to the height of the workpiece; the Z-axis travel is 80mm. If this answer does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.

You can use a standard 110-volt socket.

There is currently no package deal that includes laser technology. The electrical box has a pre-installed laser port; the laser module and laser head can be purchased separately. This machine can connect to a 24V powered, 3-pin PWM-controlled laser module. (Note: The last two lines refer to the inner diameter.)
