Arrived intact and timely. Instructions are problematic at best, poorly translated from chinese. Fortunately I have 15 years of Homebrewing experience and was able to navigate my way through it. Pump works well all fit and finish is pretty good especially considering the low price. Only issue is trying to dial in the capabilities of this unit. That is no fault of the unit it's just every system operates slightly different. So far I've made three beers, and it has done everything it is supposed to do. Has made my Brew days much easier. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to Homebrew, just be aware that you're probably going to need to consult YouTube videos to completely figure out how to operate the unit. If they would put just a little bit of effort into better instructions that would go a long way to getting it a five-star rating.

I was a little skeptical about this, but I had read of similar units costing a lot more that people fell in love with. Now that I've run a few batches through it, I'm sold. Making full grain batches is so much easier using this system I can't imagine going back to the old manual methods. The temperature control is excellent, the pump useful in so many ways. Cleans up easily too. The materials it's made of are good and heavy, it'll last a long time. The only caution is to not use grains with too many fines, they tend to accumulate on the bottom and throw off the temperatures. Overall, it's great.
