This is a well made pillow. The foam is a nice density - not too firm and not too soft. It holds its shape well and doesn't become deformed easily. The covering is also very nice and it holds the pieces together without slipping. One thing that is pretty obvious but I'll mention it anyway: it takes up a TON of space. Storage is definitely a concern if you can't keep it on your bed. It is huge. I'm only giving 4 stars because I wish you could customize it more. The pillow sections are mostly curved and the radii don't match up well if you try them in a difference position. If they were straight wedges they could be adjusted more by sliding them up/down on each other. You can't do that with this.

I love the pillow, I can lay and watch the tele comfortable. This pillow helps me with reading, sitting comfortably in my bed.

Very nice quality memory foam pillow for my acid reflex when it acts up. It’s narrower than another one I had but it’s exactly what I needed for my side of the bed. It’s nice because it does different angles based on how much angle you need. The quality of materials and craftsmanship feels high quality so very durable. I’d highly recommend this with anyone with acid reflect for sleeping.

I like this set of pillows and there is a lot of different combinations to choose from. I would say most of the combinations have to do with sitting up. This is great for reading in bed or watching tv. One thing I think it is lacking is the ability to lay down at a slight angle. My husband has to sleep with his head elevated for health reasons and he is using this for that however I think he would be more comfortable if there was an option that was not quite as high.

This pillow system is fabulous! I have the 4 piece white/gray set and it is so comfy and supportive that I don't want to get up again. The memory foam is high quality and supportive. The pillows are substantial enough that they can hold you upright even when the pillows are not resting against a headboard. It is easy to use on a couch or flat surface without something for the pillows to sit against, in other words. The parts of the 2 pillows that form the back have the grippy dots to hold them in place. You can use the largest pillow at any angle against the base (or flipped upside down) to recline more or sit more upright. The headrest is comfortable and velcro straps hold it in place on the large cushion. The knee pillow is perhaps a bit to tall in height for me, but it is definitely comfortable. The only downside is that these are quite large and you would need a good bit of closet space to store them if you don't plan to leave them set up somewhere. They come highly compressed in a medium-size box and the instructions say to let them sit for 48 hours after unpacking them before use. I'd also recommend keeping the diagram handy in the shipping box for how to assemble the pillows together in case someone gets confused later on with the 4 pieces.

My worsening MS, and untreated chronic pain has made it nearly impossible for me to get adequate sleep, due to the extreme discomfort associated with neuropathic pain from MS, GERD, and chronic pain from myriad old cumulative joint and back injuries resulting from years working as a welder/fabricator. (That no doctor is willing nowadays to treat with any opiods...) This sleep deficit has really compounded all the aforementioned misery. I have tried one piece versions of memory foam wedges , which i found to be rather hard and the overall slope , length, and height contributed to greater spinal misalignment than trying to configure various pillows. I just happened to come across this 'compound ' medical pillow while perusing the website, and felt compelled to take a closer look. The separate components make it possible for the pillow to be arranged in various compositions, depending upon the desired posture. Reviews were very favorable in terms of comfort, so I purchased the pillow. I have found it to be very ideal as far as the elevation i needed, support, and comfort. The included half-round pillows dispensed with the need for use in conjunction with regular flat pillows, which have always left me sore. This pillow is wonderfully soft, yet very supportive. The case is very plush, and seems well sewn. My first night was so blissful, I couldn't believe my good fortune. The pillow actually alleviated much of the joint pain, and bothersome GERD symptoms, allowing me to have uninterrupted sleep. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone looking for better sleep and having similar medical issues.

I use this wedge pillow all the time. It’s great for just hanging out in bed watching tv. Or even sleeping on. When I get acid reflux really bad this is. Life savor. I have to sleep almost sitting up sometimes. This gives me good height and comfort.

Received on time. It was recommended by a friend, I bought it for my neck pain. It smelled strong when opened the package, I left it on my patio for 2 days. The pillow is very firm but fells very soft and comfortable. Strongly recommended.

I ordered this wedge pillow to help with my monster acid reflux & it didn't disappoint. I like that you can adjust to 2 different positions for sleeping and can be used fir reading or watching TV in bed. It can also be used to elevate feet and knees. This pillow unzips so that washing the cover is easy. It is a nice width so it is easy to sleep on without rolling off. It is a firm foam and I think it will last for a long time. I would purchase again.
