I have been using the ladder over the last few weeks. A trapezoid picture window in my house was converted to a rectangular one, requiring me to apply a joint compound over the new window which is above a lower window. The ladder has been indispensable. First, I can adjust the ladder to the height needed. Second, the rubber pad on the middle of the top rung allowed me to safely and securely place the ladder against a textured wall without damaging the wall. Lastly, the rubber feet gripped the luxury vinyl floor quite well, as I had no ladder slippage. The only small downside, is that the rungs are space a bit far apart, so a person of a smaller stature may want to be more careful.

I like telescoping ladders because they fit in a small space in my van. But, I didn't think to look at the step distances on this ladder, it's 15 in between rungs and not 12. You have to get use to the extra 3 in step when going up or down.

Came in OK. I have not used it yet. Heavier than I thought it would be, so should be strong. will be more portable and fits in back of pickup so not hanging out the tailgate ...................................

I bought this ladder for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. He loved it. We are renters and it is extremely renter friendly. It is very compact, easy to open up and close as well as light enough to move with ease. I was very impressed with the thickness/sturdiness of the material. The frame of the ladder is actually very thick and would be very difficult to damage. I highly recommend this product
