Power Rack Weight lifting Deep Squat Stand Strength Fitness Pull Up Press Cage

Received my package and opened it up to find no instructions not bolt/screw and only 12 pieces of metal frame. Missing over half of the product. Sending it back. Edit. the rest of the product came a day later. put it together and its aswsome. very sturdy.

I sold my old open rack and bought this cage for me to use with the 5x5 StrongLifts workout routine. I LOVE the rack. It was not the cheapest out there, but for the price I was very happy it’s the quality. I especially like that there are 3 sets of pegs to rest the bar on. I use one high and rear to rack the squat, I use one low and rear to rack the bench, and. Use the one in front to hold the bar so I can rack some weights for the deadlift and row. I removed a couple ceiling tiles and press inside the rack, and I added some gorilla tape inside the pegs to tighten the fit and avoid scratches. I also added tape above the pegs so the bar does not scratch the paint when racking. I like the included weight pegs, although I don‘t love the placement of the upper pegs, I find the weights Dan ge in the way of my bench press if I have more than one 25# on the peg. I keep a couple 45# on the lower pegs and it allows me to easily increase weight in 25/45# steps till I get to my working weight. I added some wooden pegs in front to hold my 10/5/2.5 weights which works well. Bought separate dip bars and love them, and I dropped the pull-up bar a bit by just installing in the lower hole on the frame then drilling a new hole in the frame for the lower hole in the pull-up bar bracket. The fit was tight, a bit taller than advertised so I needed to flip the rubber feet upside down to shave a little height. It works fine like that. I think this rack is similar to the Valor fitness model that looks the same. Thick steel, certainly thick enough. Look at the pic.

I love this equipment more and more each time I use use. The cables work great and I've bought many attachments. I sprayed Teflon lubrication on cable and it slides really nicely. I can do the same amount of weight I do at other gyms. The provided bar holders work fine for squats but suck for bench press. No big deal, I bought a low profile j-hook style for $30. Works perfect

OK, this is not a commercial quality rack but it didn't cost $5K either! I lift regularly and have found this rack to be perfect for my basement. It is solid enough for the average lifter. Here are the things I like: 4 weight storage bars - 2 per side, pull up bar across the top perfect for attaching bands to do multitude of exercises but the sweetest thing are the 8 pegs with clips pegs for holes across the bottom to attach bands to for dead lifting, benching and squatting. Good quality J-hooks and easy assembly. Overall, super happy for the price.

As another reviewer stated, this is the same product as the Valor power rack which sells for $450. Why pay 50% more for the same item?

Ordered the TALL Popsport T3 36 Power Rack 4 days ago on sale with coupon for $380 and just received 2/3 boxes and still waiting on the last. Product came shipped very well, little to no blemishes on the power coat, nothing like I have heard from many of the previous reviewers for both Popsport and Titan Fitness. Again still waiting on third box with the other two beams, cross members, and nuts/bolts, but I have faith. Currently the TALL Popsport T3 is out of stock as I ordered the second to last one, however the Short Popsport T3 is the same design from what I can tell.Side Note - This is the third rack I have owned, the others being PowerTec and the Titan T2.The rack itself is VERY VERY Heavy Duty. I just measured again and the beams are 2 3/8 x 2 3/8 and the steel thickness is exactly 3/16 of an inch making it 7 gauge steel!!! Welds look very good as well but I'm no expert on that. What I do know is that this rack is very heavy duty and well built with those stats and the max capacity is definitely more than 1,000 lbs. The Titan X2 which this more closely resembles is at 3,000 lbs and it has only 2x2 9 gauge steel.This rack does not resemble the 2x3 Titan T3. It is more a hybrid between the Titan X2 and X3 with heavier gauge steel than both.The gap between the J hooks for the beams measures 2 1/2. The hooks are also 7 gauge steel, the spotter bars are incredibly heavy duty steel as well, almost a workout to lift them. It seems the primary downside to this rack right now is finding accessories that will fit the beams.

I give the service 5 stars and the product 1. The seller went above and beyond to make things right. The two machines I recived do not heat up. Neither work, very disappointed in the product

Easy to assemble, strong and sturdy. If you are over 183cm the pull up bar is perfect and allowed you to get full range of motion . Comparable to the rogue sml 2.0
