Everything was great

I have used several different makes of plotters, this is the best I have used.

The first roller in this model doesn't move. Overall the product is good for the price but there is need for improvement, also there are very little videos on paper set up for this machine. Packaging was good and well secured. Works good and got everything that's in the pictures.

After some trial and error adjusting the settings the cutter works well. The basic version of SignMaster is ok at best. I ended up getting SignMaster Extreme and now am able to do all my designs in one program. With basic I was juggling three programs to get my designs cut. Also worth knowing is the vinyl that is supplied is cheap cheap. It is good for testing, but wouldnt use it for a product for a client. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

This plotter works very well and I got it to work after just a little while. The software came with instructional videos that helped a lot. I have never run anything like this and got pretty good fast. I Normally don't write reviews but I was impressed how it works, very pleased.

This is our second cutter. Outstanding cutter, great price, even if it is a little loud when running.
