Very powerful and I was skeptical but glad I got it.

I got this actually to sit under my desk to put my feet on when i.m working on my computer at home. I.m usually on my computer for HOURSSS, sitting and sitting. I began thinking about people who have gotten blood clots. This really gets your blood circulation going and helps your muscles. I keep it on for 50 minutes sometimes up to 2 hours.Supposedly that burns a ton of calories..well over a thousand.. which helps as well. :) It.s pretty heavy so be careful lifting it.

Me and my daughter love it with hook up our phones and feel the releif of our legs . I use it during work hours a few times aday i sit most days
