This works great for flat rock polishing and there are multiple brands of pads that work with it. If you want to use 5/8 arbor attachments you'll need an adapter.
This blew my mind; it met all my expectations and way beyond. It is really built, lots of features and power to spare. This was really worth the money I paid. Seen a couple of others for 230 bucks, but this is way better.
