Cheap clock
Yes, this is a cheap cost for a time clock. Well, the quality and support are cheap too. Little to no instructions on how to use or better yet problem shoot the time clock. Functions were easy to navigate once you get a feel for it. However, we had an issue reading fingerprints and not allowing a pin punch in. I reached out to support and got little to NO help. I still can't figure out why the PINs do NOT work. I am in the process of re trying the fingerprint with 1 associate.
