Got this one to replace the original pump that came with my pool 6 seasons ago. This one is much quieter.

Super Duper quiet!!! My hose didn’t match the pump. The guy who put it in is a plumber so he quickly improvised. He said I could probably buy stuff to make it work, but it works fine with improv. Took him less than an hour. It out performances my old pump in ever way. Biggest plus, the lid to clean basket is real easy to take off. My old one, Lordy, it was an act of God to get the lid off.

We loved it….very quiet and works great

This is a great little pump. Our pump broke end of summer, this got us through. Wasn’t super impressed until I went to vacuum the pool and it never lost suction. Actually, I held the hose too close to my leg at one point and it took a fair amount of effort to get it off! I will be more impressed if it lasts us a couple of years. But so far, great for the money!!Installation was no bueno. DONT BELIEVE THAT IT IS UNIVERAL AND READY TO GO. We actually had to cut a part from our old pump to get this to fit without starting completely over with all of our hoses and fittings and trying to keep the water in the pool. I’m sure it will fit some, no problem. But not all.

Right out of the box and right to work! Easy install, quite and powerful.
