How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Works smoothly for 1 year already. Tested up to 60-70% of peak power. Pretty good design for the transformer tool.

ke*** Great transformer that saves space
Step Down 2000VA
Does what it's supposed to do and it doesn't take up much space (as opposed to the massive transformers with laminated core). Bought it to power a Delonghi espresso machine which works with 110V and there were no issues.
Shipping was fast and without any issues.

Works great. Keep in mind that you should dimension it at least 2x the actual power demand
