This lengthy pipe heating cable looks like it will address an issue in my cabin build, which is up on piers with the underside (and one of the drains) exposed for a run of about 25 feet. My plumbing experts have different opinions on whether the downslope of drains will continue to run as designed in sub-freezing temps. Just to be on the safe side, I am wrapping this pipe heating cable around the the drain as well as a bubble-wrap type of insulation. I anticipate this will come on as advertised at 43 degrees and lower and keep everything running at least moderately well.Review of VEVOR Self-Regulating Pipe Heating Cable, 60-feet 5W/ft Heat Tape for Pipes Freeze Protection, Protects PVC Hose, Metal and Plastic Pipe from Freezing, 120V
