Very nice and good quality!!

I first saw these sauna bags in a friend's home and now i get to have my own. This is an effective and economical way to have a sauna at home. It's made very well and really makes you sweat. There's temperature control so can easily lower or raise temperature. this does not take up any space as it comes on a zippered heavy duty bag so when not in use, easy to put away. GREAT for apartment dwellers where one cannot fit a suana room or a suana tent.

It boasts great quality, albeit a bit heavy and somewhat challenging to clean inside. Nonetheless, it maintains perfect quality and operates very effectively. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they reduced the weight and made the controls smaller, or added a smartphone app for control. However, despite these considerations, it still maintains great quality.

I am usually taken back by the amount of gyms that does not have saunas or steamrooms. if you ever run into that problem at home or while travelling., this is perfect. I was skeptical but it works and works well. Its easy to set up and heats up with no worries. normally you shouldnt spend more than 15 mins in a sauna so this is same way.

This is a neat sauna blanket, just a bit heavy. I do appreciate the arms holes, making it possible to still do stuff while relaxing. The materials are a great quality. I do think this is quite beneficial.

I would never say the sauna of any kind should replace active life style, or routine exercising. But this can assist your cardio and weight control. However if you are a seasoned Sauna user, the temperature of this blanket may be on the low side, as it goes up to 115oF at the most. It seems there are two kinds of product, and this one is about 7 pounds in weight, and the other kind is 20 pounds - the heavier one is more expensive, and it may deliver more heat. You can go on to their website and check things out. But I do feel price of this range would not deliver any heat more than this one can. When the heat is 150oF, then your skin temperature would be lower by a few degrees, as your body would become a \"heat expelling\" machine to protect your organs through sweating, and breathing etc. to maintain a normal body temperature; so your HR raises. If your HR raises to the maximal HR zone of yours by lying there, that heat could be too much for you unless you have been used to that challenge, such as you are a decent athlete.

If you don't have the space for the budget for a sauna at home, I don't wanna pay the high prices of joining the club, but this is a great alternative. Infrared Technology for health is the wave of the future and this provides a very cost-effective and fairly convenient way to do this at home. I need a little bit of a hassle to pack and unpack it each time they use it but if you have a place you can leave it out then you're more likely to use it more frequently. The only problem that we have had is fighting over who gets to use it since there's only one and we're both interested to use it at the same time. It gets you a sweat which is great for the detoxification and well I can't say for sure, the infrared has made a difference yet we're gonna keep trying it. Very easy to use. Seems terrible and high-quality to last. Great value, especially when compared to the other options.

I got this for my niece who kept asking for it. Don't know if it works for detoxification, but she is happy with it, so I guess it's worth it.

My husband absolutely loves the sauna and the gym currently goes to does not have one. So I was very excited to get this for him. He absolutely loves it. It’s super easy to understand and he really likes it, he uses it almost every day after the gym

At first I didn't think anything was happening with this sauna blanket but after 14 minutes on level 4, I really began to feel the heat. The blanket is super easy to use and easy to store away. It feels like a weighted blanket and I can imagine this will really help my menstrual cramps. The hardest part was laying on the floor because I have back issues so I'll try it on the bed next time. I also suggest you wear clothes and socks because the inside gets warm. Overall I like it and the heat made my back feel better. You will sweat, so make sure you are hydrated before using.
