This bender works great. There are higher quality similar benders, with aluminun shoes, that will last longer than this bender's plastic shoes, but cost 3 times as much. If I was using on an industrial scale, I might buy the more expensive model, but for my occasional use, this is more than sufficient.

all around good tool, I needed for installing line set, read reviews and researched, some said it kinked lines so I experimented with various techniques and its all about he copper line, heated the 7/8" copper up to anneal it and then bent it and no kinks!
