I used this product while installing an HVAC system to bend the lines. The bends turned out very nice, no joints to leak, no expensive refrigerant elbows to purchase. I did purchase some but did not need to use them, Great tool at a fair price.

Expected it to be lackluster and complicated to figure out. However the quality of the product was excellent and very simple to use. I highly recommend it!

Great tool for a great price

all around good tool, I needed for installing line set, read reviews and researched, some said it kinked lines so I experimented with various techniques and its all about he copper line, heated the 7/8" copper up to anneal it and then bent it and no kinks!

Had to have it for the 90 degree bends on a 1/2 tube.

First, for the money, I really have no complaints. It does actually make very nice bends in tubing up to size 7/8"However there are a couple of annoyances that could be addressed to make this a world-class tool instead of a "really good" tool.* The pressing block (the curved part) tends to fall off. There's a little spring (maybe?) but it's not up to the task.* The handles are too short, and don't give enough leverage. Either the gearing needs to be changed to require more handle pumps, or the handles need to be longer. It took two hands and everything I had to bend some 7/8" refrigeration tubing.* The molded case needs to have a large diagram stuck on the lid showing where everything goes. It's not very intuitive and while there is an ad with a postage-stamp size picture enclosed, it's very hard to see.The short story is "If you need to bend tubing, this works really well, although not as good as it could"
