Customer Reviews for VEVOR Propane Forge Portable, Single Burner Tool and Knife Making, Large Capacity Blacksmith Farrier Forges, Mini Furnace Blacksmithing, Gas Forging Tools and Equipment, Complete Kit

Waw, je suis débutant forgeron, mais avec vevor, on se sent professionnel tout le temps

excellent for 1 burner takes no time at all

Schnelle Lieferung... Das Gerät ist wunderbar... Man kann aber auch ein wenig mit feuerfestem Mörtel beschichten

Bought for my teenage son who wanted to get into forging metal into knives. Super easy to set up and get started. It’s solid enough where you feel comfortable with using but doesn’t take multiple people to lift or move because of being so heavy. The dual burners allow for great heat distribution and the ability to achieve high temps very quick. Recommend using 20lb propane tank, and when tightening gas line connections, remember they do NOT need to be torqued down on or you can damage the brass threads which will allow gas to leak out. A little spray bottle of soapy water can be used to test for leaks prior to initial lighting.

Built well should work well. Didn't realize it wasnt a full kit. I had to order rigidizer and refractory cement to seal insulation

Great and affordabke forge but YOU NEED RIGISIZER AND REFRACTORY CEMENT OR YOU WILL DIE!! Be careful to use as is, YOU MUST TREAT IT!!

Have been using this for ever. Have made so much Damascus with it. It looks exactly as pictured. These are the burners you want if you don't have a ribbon burner. Have also modified it a lot since we've had it.

I hooked this forge up and it roared to life like a V8 that’s late for qualifying. I wasn’t forging metal — I was forging destiny. It’s sturdy, loud, and hotter than the Colorado sun in July. My girlfriend said I look like I’m about to build Excalibur. Honestly? She might be right. Seller: Let me review more gear. Clearly I understand the science of controlled chaos and questionable hobbies.
