I am using this to charge my 2021 Prius Prime. I works just fine, controlled with the phone app. I like that it works for both 120 volts when travelling or at 240 volts (an unused dryer outlet in the garage). I like that I can set the charging current below the max, which keeps everything cooler during charging of the very small Prius Prime battery. However the instructions are useless, (seemingly for other models) and I have no idea how to use it without wifi. The internal time delay in hours and the clock-based delay in the Prius can clash so that the charge doesn't happen. However, if I don't use the device's time delay and just turn on immediate charge, it will stay on and charge when the Prius decides that it is time to do so. However, if there is a power dip, it stays off. You can check on your phone to see if it is charging or has charged.

Works well and great value, currently using outside at the workplace with no problems. Came with a nice travel bag as too, keep the dirty cables away from other items in trunk.

This unit is not as powerful as others but there is no need to pay for higher power units if it takes only 1 to 1.5 additional hours to charge; you are usually charging overnight anyway. Furthermore you do not need to communicate with your charge cable since you control the charge through your vehicle anyway. In summary, this unit is of high quality, works simply and has one of the longest cables available. Although it has not yet had a lot of use, I am completely satisfied with this lower priced unit and hope to rely on it for many years to come.

Reasonably priced. Cut down my Kia Niro plug in hybrid charge to 3 hours at 32A. The unit didn't even get hot when charging. Highly recommend!

Took 2 weeks to actually ship after providing the tracking number the day after I placed the order.. Arrived and worked as expected. No problems after shipping delays.

Almost 3 weeks and working great so far.Takes about 3 hrs to fully charge our Pacifica PHEV at 20 amps output.

Was looking for an inexpensive level 1 charger and found this one, sadly first one was dead on arrival, plug was bad fit and didn't connect/initiate charge, but the company made it right and the second one works like a charm. Great to have app support and ability to adjust amps delivered on the unit/in the app. The long cable is a plus as well. Not sure I would trust the gauge of the cable for 240/16A...but for my application it is good. Wishlist: both 120/240 wall plugs should be 90 degree angle, not straight out.

I am highly satisfied with this purchase. I was quoted $500 by an electrician to install a car charger outlet in my garage. Fortunately, I have a 220 v 3-prong dryer outlet. It never been used ever since my house was built in the 1980s. My laundry room is not far from my garage. The 28-foot 10-30p charger was long enough to reach my BMW 530e. It works perfectly! My car charges in 2 hours and 35 minutes. It use to takes 11-12 hours on a standard outlet using the charger included with vehicle purchase. Best of all I saved $500.

IT seems to charge the vehicle properly. Thru trial and error, I learned the only way to set the charging rate - very important because highest rate blows circuit breakers - is via an APP that the instructdion manual makes no mention of. The manual is poorly worded and suggests that the Level One 120V unit I bought has a front display - it doesn't. Nor are certain symbols on the unit and in the manual explained. It's an obvous translation problem from Chinese to English. A good translator and product review expert would help. It's well packaged and includes all the necessary parts and a good case for travel.
